Our stall guards are made with heavy duty vinyl coated nylon, webbing reinforced seams, and are sewn with industrial sailmakers’ thread.

– Full Color Digital Print or Mesh

Our stall guards can be printed. We use UV exterior sign ink, which is incredibly durable. Our printing process creates a photographic quality finish!
You can also have full mesh to maximize airflow.

– Custom Widths Available

Our stall guards are created to meet your exact needs. Whether you have narrow or extra wide stall doors, your stall guards will be a perfect fit.

Stall Guards start at $319 for print vinyl with glass varnish
$254 for print vinyl without gloss varnish
or $128 for full mesh (no printing)

All of our products are custom, and everything is priced by the square foot. Let us know what you want and we’ll get you an estimate!

1. Do you want custom printed vinyl or mesh?

Full print is great for narrower stall doors and shows where you want to spread your barn brand or message. Mesh is great for wider doorways, for extra airflow, or for when no custom printing is needed.

2. What length is best?

If they’re for home, take measurements of your stall doors and we’ll ensure an exact fit. If they’re for show use, we’ll make sure you can use them anywhere!

3. How do you want to hang them?

We have two different options for hanging your custom stall guards depending on where you’ll be using them. Heavy duty O-rings work great for home use, and chain works great for show use.

Home Use

For home use, we can fit your stall guards to your stall door width. We make these with heavy duty steel or brass O-rings for a polished look.

Show Use

For show use, you may have stall doors with varying widths at each facility. We make this style to be hung by chain be used wherever you are!

You can have boot and wrap slings to match!

Now you can have custom boot and wrap slings to perfectly match your stall guards. Our slings are made with either a print and mesh combo, or solid print material.

2. Pay a deposit

We ask for 50% deposit to get started on all work. We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, & Credit Card.

Please note that 50% deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Email us your logo

Design files (EPS & Adobe Illustrator) are ideal. Send us what you have and our artists will take a look.

Send your logo file to sales@applegatecustoms.com

Logos that come to us in unusable formats may require additional design time.

4. You have unlimited revisions

During the design process our artists will send you proofs to review. You are able to make as many changes as you need to.

Your estimate includes a 1 hr design fee. This covers the design process in most cases. Additional design services are billed at $65/hr and are included in the final invoice.
