Durable Material

Applegate Customs' banners are made with heavy duty vinyl coated nylon, 1 inch taped hems, and sturdy grommets (your choice of silver, gold, or black).

Full Color Digital Printing

Our banners are printed with UV exterior sign printing ink, which is incredibly durable. Our printing process creates a photographic quality finish!

Quality Finishing

Rest assured your custom banners will hold up to horse life! We have several options for finishing ranging from standard hems & grommets, to reinforced hems & grommets, and extra accessories like dowels & carabiners.

We want to make sure you have the best material for your custom banner! Read through the descriptions below and if you're not sure- shoot us a message. We are always happy to help!

Our 13 oz material is a great option for most uses. Its surface has a very slight woven texture. If your banner will simply be hung and left in place, we will likely recommend our 13oz material.
Our 15 oz material is smoother than the 13oz, so print may appear more fine. It has anti-curl properties, so those in colder climates may notice that it can become more stiff when the temperature lowers. For this reason, it may not roll up or travel well if done so during winter months. The smoothness of this material makes it a perfect application for close viewing.
Our 18 oz material is the same material we use for our custom stall guards. It is similar to the 13 oz material in that it has a slight woven texture to it. This material is not as affected by cold, so even in colder temperatures it will lay flat more easily if stored in a roll. If your banner will need inherent strength to it, the 18oz will likely be a better option over the 13 oz material. This material is a great option for long term hanging as it has unbeatable strength and durability.
