Mesh Screen Features

– Quality Material

Our material is an industrial strength 8oz or 10oz mesh with PVC coating. It is made for printing high-quality graphics. It is industrial strength, flame retardant, and UV resistant.

– Full Color Digital Printing

Applegate Customs’ shade mesh screens are printed with UV exterior sign printing ink, which is incredibly durable. Our printing process creates a photographic quality finish!

– Durable Finishing

We have several options for finishing including standard hems & grommets, reinforced hems & grommets, and extra heavy duty webbing edges for permanent installations.

Shade Mesh Screens start at $7/ sq ft

Safety Mesh Screens start at $10/ sq ft

4 x 4′ shade mesh screen – two layers of webbing and no grommets (meant to be hung with wood screws and washers through the webbing) starts at $98

10 x 2′ safety screen – two layers of webbing with grommets (meant to be hung with zip ties through grommets) starts at $203

All of our products are custom, and everything is priced by the square foot. Let us know what you want and we’ll get you an estimate!

1. What kind of screens do you need?

Shade screens are great for shows and home use. Reduce sun exposure while proudly displaying your barn info!

Safety screens can make ALL the difference for you and your horse at shows! Create a visual barrier while allowing maximum airflow. Reduce or eliminate dangerous behavior. Prevent the potential for severe injuries.

2. What size is best?

Most shade screens we make are 36″ high and can be any length. Most show stall fronts are either 4′ or 6′ sections.

Most safety screens we make are 24 to 36″ high. Most show stalls are 12 x 12.’

We can make mesh screens any size to suit your needs!

2. Pay a deposit

We ask for 50% deposit to get started on all work. We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, & Credit Card.

Please note that 50% deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Email us your logo

Design files (EPS & Adobe Illustrator) are ideal. Send us what you have and our artists will take a look.

Send your logo file to sales@applegatecustoms.com

Logos that come to us in unusable formats may require additional design time.

4. You have unlimited revisions

During the design process our artists will send you proofs to review. You are able to make as many changes as you need to.

Your estimate includes a 1 hr design fee. This covers the design process in most cases. Additional design services are billed at $65/hr and are included in the final invoice.
